13. Pour the cooled and relatively viscous cherry puree into the whipped cream. Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly.

14. Place a piece of cake on the bottom of the 8-inch cake mold

17. Pour in the remaining half of the mousse filling.

18. Smooth the mousse filling and refrigerate for more than 5 hours or overnight until the mousse filling is completely solidified. Blow around the cake mold with a hair dryer, or cover the cake mold with a hot towel, and you can easily demould it.

19. After demoulding, take out 90 grams of cherry puree prepared in step 5 (the puree should have solidified at this time), heat it in water to make it melt into a relatively thick state, pour the puree on the top of the mousse, and let some of the puree flow down along the edge.

20. Use the chocolate mahjong, cherries, white chocolate shavings and silver beads to decorate the cake and place the birthday sign around the edges. Done!
