How to make duck leg noodles with lily and rapeseed

1.Cut off the fat and thick skin on the edges of the duck legs and wash them clean.

8. Add enoki mushrooms, salt and chicken essence.

9. Add white pepper powder.

10. Add Maggi Fresh.

11. Add sesame oil and stir well.

12. Take out the duck legs, rapeseed and enoki mushrooms, put them into a noodle bowl, cover the noodles, and pour the duck soup on top.
