How to make stir-fried beans (minced meat version)

1. Pour appropriate amount of salt, a little chicken essence, a little sugar, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little very fresh soy sauce into a bowl, add a little water to dissolve and set aside.

2. Wash the beans, break them into sections with your hands and control the water. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, and when the oil is 50% hot, add the beans and stir-fry. Use a spatula to stir fry at any time to prevent individual beans from being heated unevenly.

5. Add onion, ginger, garlic and chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Pour in the soup from step 1.

7. After the soup is dried up, pour in the beans and stir-fry for two or three times before serving.

8. A plate of fragrant minced meat and green beans is ready.
