How to make dumpling noodles soft and delicious

Ingredients: 500g flour, 45 degrees warm water, 2g salt, 4g sugar, dumpling fillings: 300g pork, 1 onion, 1 egg, 3g salt, a little sesame oil, a little soy sauce

  1. Pour the flour into a large bowl, add salt, sugar, and warm water, stir into large snowflakes, and then knead into a smooth dough. 2. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

  7. The dumplings are plump and you can cook them however you like. Fry, steam, deep-fry or boil them according to your preference. Let’s try some hot pot dumplings first.

  8. Tips for making dough:

1: Knead the dough with warm water. The dough kneaded with warm water is softer.

2. Add a little salt and sugar to the flour (500 grams of flour plus 2 grams of salt and 4 grams of sugar)

3: Let the kneaded dough stand for about 20 minutes and let the sugar rise. Cover it with plastic wrap or a clean damp cloth to prevent the dough from drying out and to keep it soft.

4: Take out the fermented dough and knead it once or twice so that the dumpling skin will be chewy and elastic.
