Choose a towel or cloth with good breathability, preferably cotton, to make a bag (adjust the size according to needs). It is best to make one with a zipper. Put the Glauber's salt into the bag and place it on the affected area. When the Glauber's salt hardens, it needs to be replaced with a new one.
