What to stir-fry with green vegetables?

Green vegetables are food that everyone cannot live without, but some people are very special and hardly eat any green vegetables. What’s the result? They are still lying in the hospital. (1) Cut the tofu into small pieces. Bring water to a boil. Add salt, chicken stock and tofu and cook for 5 minutes.

(2) Heat the pan and add oil until it is 50% hot. Add the vegetable roots and stir-fry quickly. Then add the vegetable leaves and stir-fry quickly.

(3) When the vegetables are juicy, add tofu and salt and stir-fry until well combined.
