Korean stone pot roast pork ribs recipe

4. After the soup in the stone pot boils, turn to low heat; wash the enoki mushrooms and remove the roots.

5. When the soup in the stone pot is reduced by nearly half, add carrots, potatoes, and enoki mushrooms, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of rock sugar, and pepper powder and continue to simmer. You can add a small amount of boiling water as appropriate; if you like spicy food, add two dried chilies. When there is not much soup left, turn up the heat slightly, taste the soup, add salt according to your preference, and then reduce the soup.
