Leek is considered an aphrodisiac by many men. Because leek is a hot food, men will obviously feel energetic and have sufficient kidney qi after eating leek. However, since leeks have a strong smell, you must clean your mouth promptly after eating them, otherwise you will have bad breath. In daily life, people have developed different ways to cook leeks. Today I will explain to you how to stir-fry leeks with shredded carrots.

Ingredients: 1 bunch of leeks, 2 eggs, half a carrot

Seasoning: peanut oil and salt

How to make leek and carrot scrambled eggs:

1. After selecting the leeks, soak them in salt water for a while, rinse them clean, drain the water and cut them into inch-long pieces.

2. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips.

3. Beat two eggs with appropriate amount of salt.

4. Put a little more peanut oil in the pan, pour in the egg liquid when the oil is hot, and stir quickly.

5. Add the chopped carrots and stir-fry over medium heat until the carrots become soft.

6. Put the leek root part into the pot, add appropriate amount of salt to season, and stir-fry evenly. Add the chive leaves, stir-fry for a few times, and turn off the heat.

2. Chives contain a large amount of vitamins and crude fiber, which can promote gastrointestinal motility, treat constipation and prevent colon cancer.

3. The trace element zinc contained in leeks can protect skin health and maintain the body's immune function; potassium is beneficial for heart disease and high blood pressure; iron helps improve anemia symptoms.
