How to make salt and pepper crispy soybeans

People who are busy with work often order takeout and rarely eat at home. In fact, home-made meals are truly healthy and green food. Crispy soybeans with salt and pepper is a dish that is very suitable for busy people. It is a good idea to forget about takeout during the holidays and cook at home.

1. Take an appropriate amount of soybeans, pick out the impurities inside and wash them clean;

2. Soak in cold water until the beans swell (I soak them at night, so overnight is just enough), and drain the water;

3. Put cold oil in a cold pan, pour in the drained soybeans, and the amount of oil should be enough to cover the soybeans;

4. Fry slowly over low heat. There will be a lot of bubbles at first, accompanied by a rustling sound, but don't worry, there will be no oil splashing;

5. Turn the soybeans from time to time to make them heat and color evenly. The soybeans will become smaller little by little and the color will gradually turn golden.

6. Fry until the soybeans become the same size as before they were soaked in water, and gradually turn red from golden yellow. When you turn the soybeans over, they make a rustling sound, which means they are done.

7. Put kitchen paper or facial tissue on the plate, take out the soybeans for oil control and put them on top, so that the kitchen paper or facial tissue can further absorb the grease;

8. Sprinkle appropriate amount of pepper and salt on top, stir evenly. If you like spicy food, you can also add some chili powder, etc. In short, you can add it according to your personal taste. If you like the original flavor, just sprinkle some refined salt.

9. After cooling, serve on a plate. It tastes crispy and delicious with a long aftertaste!

Eating too much outside can also affect your health. Many greasy foods can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, so learn to make salt and pepper crispy soybeans at home. Practice makes perfect, and I believe you will be able to learn it quickly. I would like to remind you that if you like chili peppers, you can add fresh rice chili peppers when stir-frying.
