How to make papaya wolfberry crucian carp soup

1. Ingredients: papaya, fresh crucian carp, cooking wine, salt, ginger, chicken essence, wolfberry, onion, vegetable oil

2. Slice the ginger, wash and chop the green onions, soak and wash the wolfberries,

3. Wash the crucian carp and marinate it with salt, cooking wine and ginger slices for 30 minutes

4. Put it back into the pot and add ginger slices and green onion water

5. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.

6. Turn to low heat

7. Add wolfberry and cook for 30 minutes

8. Wash and cut the papaya first

9. Remove the seeds and cut into pieces

10. Add papaya ripe vegetable oil

11. Cook for about 10 minutes

12. Add salt and chicken essence to season and serve
