3. Sprinkle enough rye flour on the surface to prevent sticking, roll it into a circle with a thickness of 0.6-1.2CM, and dig out a circle in the middle to form a ring shape.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature for about 2 hours until it expands and becomes fluffy. Use the top of the chopsticks to make many pits

5. Bake in an oven preheated to 218C for about 50 minutes until crispy
