How to make tender tofu pudding

1. Soak 300g soybeans, appropriate amount of brown sugar, and 15g gelatin powder.

9. Add appropriate amount of warm water to brown sugar (some people call it black sugar or red sugar) and mix until dissolved.

10. Take the tofu pudding out of the refrigerator and tear off the hard skin on the surface.

11. Use a large spoon to scoop out the required amount into a small bowl, pour some brown sugar water on it and that’s it!
