How to make stir-fried bean sprouts

1. Wash the soybean sprouts. Wash a scallion, a small piece of ginger, a clove of garlic, and a chili pepper.

2. Cut the green onion into flowers, cut the ginger into shreds, slice the garlic, cut the chili pepper into rings, and prepare 3-4 Sichuan peppercorns.

3. Heat the wok, pour in appropriate amount of cooking oil and heat it up, add onion, ginger, garlic, chili rings and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Pour in the soybean sprouts, add a small amount of salt and a little thirteen spices and stir-fry over high heat.

5. Stir-fry until the bean sprouts are cooked, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a small amount of chicken powder, stir-fry evenly, then drizzle in a little sesame oil and turn off the heat.

6. Serve on a plate and serve.
