How to make pork stuffed tofu

Bring some ingredients home after work and cook a good meal. Even if the dishes are not so exquisite, they can still give people a sense of satisfaction. So don’t be lazy if you can cook for yourself. The method of stuffed tofu with meat is very simple and suitable for those "lazy people". It can also promote health to a certain extent.

1. Ingredients: tofu, pork, onion, ginger, garlic

2. Chop the pork into puree

3. Cut the onion into chopped green onion, mince the ginger and garlic

4. Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, cornstarch, oil, salt to the minced meat and marinate for 10 minutes

5. Add tofu and cook for 3 minutes (cooked tofu is not so easy to break)

6. Take out and let it cool down

7. Cut the tofu in the middle

8. Make a hole in the middle of the tofu

9. Stuff the meat into the tofu

10. Steam for 10-15 minutes

11. Steam the tofu and serve.

12. Pour the tofu soup into the bowl

13. Add minced garlic and soy sauce to the soup

14. Sprinkle with chopped green onions

15. Pour the soup into the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour the soup on the tofu and it is ready to eat.
