1. Prepare the main materials.

9. After marinating, place the meat skin side down on the bottom of the bowl, then add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise.

10. Steam on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. Pick out the onion, ginger, garlic and star anise, place the plate on the bowl and turn it over.

11. The sticky pork belly is ready.

12. You can also add some preserved vegetables to the dish, it will taste just as good.
