How to make fried egg zucchini dumplings

Repeating the nine-to-five life every day, I have no energy to cook after get off work. The method of fried egg zucchini dumplings is relatively simple. You need to use a wok as a cooking utensil. Simply prepare the ingredients and put them in the wok to steam. In less than ten minutes, you can share the joy of delicious food immediately.

1. Wash the pork belly and chop it into meat paste.

2. Wash the zucchini. Zucchini is very tender and crisp, so you don’t need to peel it. Use a shredder to cut the zucchini into thin strips.

3. Pour the soup stock into the meat paste, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, and then mix them together.

4. After you have prepared the dumpling filling, you can start making dumplings.

5. Freeze the dumplings in the refrigerator for an hour, then take them out and heat the oil in a pan until it is 80% hot. Fry the dumplings on low heat until the bottom of the dumplings are golden brown but not burnt. Pour half a bowl of water into the pan, covering half the height of the dumplings.

6. Cover the lid and fry over low heat until the water is dry.

7. Beat two eggs, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

8. After the water in the pot is dry, pour the egg liquid slowly from the four sides and from the middle, and fry over low heat.

9. Sprinkle the diced carrots and chopped green onions on the dumplings, fry them on low heat for another minute, sprinkle black sesame seeds on them, and then serve.
