How to make black sesame garden egg pancake

A healthy body needs diet to maintain. It is a pity if you get stomach problems because of carelessly dealing with three meals a day. You can eat it often.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash and cut the carrots and zucchini into shreds.

2. Pour the flour into a slightly larger container (for easier mixing). Pour the other ingredients except carrots and zucchini onto the flour.

3. Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly into a paste

4. Pour in the chopped carrot and zucchini, add a few drops of salad oil and mix well.

5. This is the evenly mixed batter. Note: the batter should not be too thin, otherwise the pancake surface will break easily when turning it over.

6. Pour a little oil into the pan and heat it up. Scoop two and a half spoonfuls of batter into the pan (I use a soup spoon). The specific amount depends on the size of the pan. Use chopsticks to shred the carrots and zucchini evenly.

7. Fry until the color changes and then turn it over. Turn it over quickly, otherwise it will break easily.

8. After turning it over, pick up one end with chopsticks and drip a little salad oil into it and continue frying until it changes color.

9. This is the fried egg pancake. If you look closely, the salad oil is still bubbling on the pancake. If you don’t want it to be too greasy, you can also use kitchen paper to absorb the oil on the surface.

10. Cut into your favorite shapes and start eating
