Ingredients: 200g spare ribs, 200g lotus root, 100g yam, 2 bay leaves, one aniseed, ginger and green onion as needed

Seasoning: 3 grams of salt, 2 grams of pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

1. Dice lotus root, cut yam and green onion into small sections, and slice ginger;

2. Wash the ribs, put them in a pot with cold water, add bay leaves, aniseed, ginger slices, scallions, and cooking wine, and bring to a boil over high heat;

3. After the pot boils, remove the foam on the surface, add the lotus root cubes, and turn the heat to medium. When the soup boils again, add the yam segments;
