1. Prepare the ingredients? The sesame powder I use is cooked and has been mixed with sugar. This should be available in the market. If you don’t have it, you can fry it yourself with raw sesame seeds.

2. Add warm water to the flour, stir with chopsticks until it becomes flocculent, then knead the dough. The kneaded dough should be moderately soft and hard. Let the dough stand for 20 to 30 minutes.

3. Heat a small amount of oil in a hot pan until it is 70% hot, pour in a small amount of flour and mix well.
