Ingredients: 8 oz egg noodles, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 2 cups button mushrooms, 1 red bell pepper, 1 carrot, shredded, 1/2 cup snow peas, 3 cups spinach, sauce, 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp tarik

1. Put soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced ginger and tarik tea into a small bowl, stir and let stand.

2. Boil water in a pot, add egg noodles according to the instructions on the package, and drain.

3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or sauté pan over high heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, red bell pepper and carrots. Sauté and stir, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in peas and spinach and cook until spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

4. Add noodles and sauce, stir gently until evenly combined and serve.

Tips: You need to mince the garlic, slice the button mushrooms, and shred the red bell pepper and carrots in advance.

Dinner recipe 2: Fried lotus root box

Ingredients: lotus root, lean pork filling (beef filling can also be used), eggs, flour

practice:

1. Mix the meat filling with onion, ginger, sesame oil, salt, pepper, light soy sauce and an egg.

2. Cut the lotus root into thicker slices first, then cut another slice in the middle and add meat filling.

3. Cut the lotus root into this shape, but don't cut it through.

4. Add the meat filling into the lotus root dumplings.

5. Add flour, water and eggs to make a batter.

6. Dip the lotus root slices in the batter.

7. Add a little oil to the pan, put the lotus root boxes into the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. Pour in a small bowl of water, cover and simmer for a while. After the water dries up, fry slightly and then remove from the pan.

Warm reminder: pay attention to the heat when frying lotus root boxes, and it will taste better when eaten with ketchup.
