1. Lily Millet Porridge

Dried lily (50 grams), dried white fungus (1 piece, 20 grams), red dates (6 pieces), peanuts (30 pieces), millet (1 paper cup), water (15 bowls), rock sugar (appropriate amount).

1. Wash the dried lily, red dates and peanuts, soak them in clean water, remove the skin of the peanuts; rinse the millet and soak it in clean water for 30 minutes.

2. Soak the Tremella in clean water, remove the stems and pick it into small pieces, rinse to remove impurities, drain the water and set aside.

3. Add millet, white fungus and peanuts into the pot, add 10 bowls of water and stir evenly.

4. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent the millet from sticking to the pan.

5. Cook until the millet porridge becomes thick, pour in 3 bowls of boiling water and stir well to dilute the millet porridge. Stir constantly during the process to prevent the millet from sticking to the pot.

6. Add red dates, lily and rock sugar into the millet porridge, add 1 bowl of boiling water to dilute the porridge base, continue to cook over low heat for 30 minutes, and then serve.

1. Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Peel the lily bulbs and clean them. Wash the millet.

2. Put the millet in boiling water and cook for half an hour. Then put the washed lily into the millet porridge and cook for 5 minutes.

It is mainly used to treat symptoms such as lung dryness, lung heat or lung heat cough, residual heat after fever, irritability and thirst.
