How to make corn and carrot porridge

1. Half a corn.

2. Break the corn into kernels.

3. I prepared the ingredients the night before. Break the corn, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. It's convenient to cook when you wake up the next day.

4. Wash an appropriate amount of sticky rice and glutinous rice and set aside. (The ratio of sticky rice to glutinous rice is 2:1)

5. Add appropriate amount of drinking water into the pot, put in sticky rice, glutinous rice, and corn, cover the pot and press for 15 minutes. (I used a pressure cooker, but a casserole will also work.)

6. The food is cooking in the pot. Next, cut the carrots into flower shapes and set aside. (The ratio of carrots to corn is 2:1)

7. When the carrots are cut and the porridge is cooked, cool it down to release the air, open the lid of the pot, put in the carrot flowers, cover the pot and press for 1 to 2 minutes.

8. This is the finished product.
