How to make sweet and sour fish?

Every summer, everyone’s appetite becomes poor and they like to eat some sweet and sour foods, and sweet and sour fish is one of them. The steps to make sweet and sour fish are not difficult, but they require a certain amount of experience. For example, when frying the fish, the time cannot be too long, otherwise it will affect the taste of the fish.

Sweet and sour fish recipe:

Main ingredients: Longli fish, onion, sweet red pepper, winter bamboo shoots

Accessories: olive oil, rice wine, salt, fish sauce, starch, sweet and sour sauce

Time: half an hour

1. There is a lot of moisture in the freshly thawed fish, which must be dried with kitchen paper or a towel.

2. Cut along the middle line of the fish, and then cut the fish into oblique slices.

3. Then add rice wine.

4. Add appropriate amount of salt.

5. Add some fish sauce for more flavor.

6. Add another tablespoon of starch, mix well with your hands and marinate for 20 minutes.

7. Prepare other ingredients. Dice sweet red pepper and onion, and slice winter bamboo shoots.

8. Pour the sweet and sour sauce into a bowl and set aside.

9. Pour olive oil into the hot pan.

10. When the oil is about 80% hot, add the marinated fish fillets and fry until basically cooked, which will take less than 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

11. Use the remaining oil in the pan to stir-fry the other ingredients for 2 minutes to bring out the aroma of the onion.

12. Pour in the sweet and sour sauce and stir-fry until the sauce bubbles.

13. Finally, pour in the fish fillets, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

14. Serve the sweet and sour fish on a plate and enjoy.
