Hold the dough with your left hand, and cross your right index finger and thumb to pinch the dough upwards. 14. A bun is wrapped 15. Wrap other buns in the same way. 16. Steam the dough after 20 minutes of proofing. Apply some oil on the steamer to prevent sticking. 17. Steam for 20 minutes after boiling, then turn off the heat.
