1. Wash the tenderloin and cut it into pieces of appropriate size;

6. Then add the prepared sweet and sour sauce, simmer on low heat until bubbles appear, add the fried meat slices, stir-fry so that the meat slices are covered with sweet and sour sauce, then turn off the heat and remove from the pot, sprinkle with a little cooked sesame seeds.
