19. Put all the mooncakes in a baking tray, spray water on the surface, put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, bake in the middle layer for about 5 minutes until they are set.

20. Take it out, brush it with egg wash, put it back into the oven, and continue to bake for about 15-20 minutes

21. When the surface is golden, it is ready to be taken out of the oven.
