9.2 Stir-fry until the ingredients are evenly mixed. If the taste is too bland, you can add a little salt.

10. Pour in the fish egg white and use the spatula to push the cooked parts on the edges and bottom to the middle. The fire should be lowered at this time.

11. When the egg whites are half solidified, add chopped green onions.

12. Pour some rice wine from the side of the pot and then turn off the heat.

13. Just stir lightly.

14. Serve on a plate and put the fried crab roe in the middle. Done.
