How to make Japanese-style rice bowl

For many mothers, if their babies and loved ones eat healthily, they will get sick less often. Today, I will introduce to housewives a Japanese-style Oyakodon rice bowl that is suitable for family consumption.

1. Main ingredients: one chicken leg (can also be chicken breast), one egg, half an onion (for one person)

2.12 Seasoning: salt, five-spice powder, starch, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, white sesame, chicken essence (forgot to take a photo!) Ingredients: scallion, fungus, cabbage (the ingredients are optional!)

3.21 Debone the chicken legs and cut the chicken into small pieces.

4.A: Add appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder, cooking wine and starch to the chicken thighs, mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes. B: Wash and cut the onion into strips. Also cut the fungus and green onion into shreds and set aside. Use chopsticks to poke the egg yolk in a bowl and stir it briefly, but don't stir it too much.

5. Prepare the sauce: Put salt (optional if you prefer light food), chicken stock, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce in a bowl, and finally add boiling water and stir to make the sauce.

6.1 Pour in a little oil, add a little five-spice powder, and stir-fry for a few times until the onion is slightly soft.

7.2 Add a little oil to the wok, put in the marinated chicken thighs, stir-fry for a few times, and serve when the meat turns white.

8. Pour in the chicken and the previously prepared sauce, and cook over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes until the chicken thighs are cooked through and there is no blood.

9. Meanwhile, on the other side, add boiling water to a pot, blanch the cabbage and fungus, and add a little salt. (These are side dishes, lazy people can omit them!)

10. Add beaten egg liquid to the wok and cook for about 1 minute until the egg liquid is basically solidified and slightly fluid.

11. Put the following into the bowl from bottom to top: cabbage, rice, cooked chicken legs, meat and eggs. Use a spatula to gently push them into the bowl. (garnish with green onion, fungus and white sesame seeds)

Nowadays, many parents are afraid that their children will not be able to survive when they enter society. Why? Because they are afraid that their children won’t be able to eat by themselves? This is a real problem, and it is up to you to solve it. Today, now that you know all the methods of making Japanese-style Oyakodon, you can truly change yourself. Go, step into the kitchen and completely overturn the image of yourself in your parents' minds.
