How to make rosemary heart cookies

People cannot live without food from the moment they are born. There are many things we need to eat throughout our lives, and diet is closely related to our physical and mental health. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (my oven is 200 degrees)

2.1 Beat eggs with sugar until saccharified, then add into the mixture in step 2. Add chopped fresh rosemary and mix well. (You can beat the eggs first and then the cream, which saves you the trouble of washing the whisk)

3.2 Sift the low flour, beat the softened butter and salt with a mixer until they become creamy, add the low flour all at once and mix thoroughly

4. Put the piping bag into a medium-sized chrysanthemum nozzle and put the mixture in. Squeeze out the shape on a baking tray covered with baking paper, leaving space between the cakes.

5. Place in the preheated oven and bake in the middle layer of the upper tube for about 16 minutes. (I use 200 degrees and 16 minutes. The baking time depends on the shape of the extrusion. Simple shapes are easy to bake crispy, while overlapping shapes are easy to be mushy around the edges and soft in the middle.)
