How to make vegetarian sushi

1. Soak saffron in water and pour it into organic rice to cook it into slightly yellow rice, then mix it with a little sushi vinegar

2.1 Wash the cucumber, peel it and cut it into small strips

3.2 Beat the eggs and put them into the oil pan to make an omelet. Cut it into strips after it cools down.

4. Place the seaweed slices on the bamboo slips, spread a layer of rice, and then place two egg shreds and cucumber shreds.

5. Roll up the seaweed sheet and the rice with a bamboo stick and slowly roll it forward. Finally roll it up tightly and take out the seaweed roll.

6. Use a sharp knife to cut the rolls into small round pieces of about 3 cm each time you cut them. Soak the knife in a bowl of cold water that you have prepared in advance before cutting the next piece so that the rice won’t stick to it.
