Hometown braised noodles recipe

1. Slice the pork belly, cut the carrot into shreds, wash the bean sprouts, and prepare the chopped green onions, shredded ginger, and garlic.

2. Heat the pan and add the pork belly to release the oil. Add the onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Add soybean sprouts and shredded carrots and stir-fry until cooked.

4. Add salt, thirteen spices, dark soy sauce, chicken powder and water. (The water should be enough to almost cover the vegetables)

5. Place the wet noodles on the bean sprouts.

6. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for ten minutes.

7. When there is only a little vegetable juice left in the pot, use chopsticks to break up the noodles and mix the noodles and vegetables evenly. Stir-fry in pan for 3 minutes.

8. Put the stewed noodles in a container.
