11. After 3 hours, take out the dough and cut it into shapes using a mold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

12. Arrange the cookies on a baking tray and put them into the preheated oven, middle layer, 170 degrees, for about 25 minutes. After turning off the heat, continue to simmer at the residual heat for 10 minutes. ——The baking time can be adjusted flexibly depending on the thickness of the cookies and the temperament of your own oven.
