How to cook taro pork ribs and chicken legs

1.1 Pour peanut oil into the pan and heat it to 70% cooked. Add the ribs and chicken legs and fry for a while until they are about 60% cooked and golden on the surface.

2.2 Wash the chicken legs and ribs with water, add freshly ground black pepper and salt and marinate for 10 minutes, cut onions and taro into pieces for later use

3. Heat the ceramic pot, add peanut oil, add onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add spareribs, chicken legs and taro and stir-fry for 2 minutes

4. Add a little salt, soy sauce, and white wine, cover the lid and simmer for 30 minutes. With this pot, I find cooking is much easier. With the lid on, I don't have to bother to check if the bottom is burnt. The disadvantage is that this pot heats up slowly and cools down slowly. The lid is very hot when heated, so you need to wear a pair of heat-insulating gloves.
