Vegetable recipes for one-year-old babies

At this time, the baby's diet is getting closer to that of adults. He/she no longer eats soft and mushy food as before. He/she can enjoy more delicious food. Because the types of food that babies can eat have greatly increased, including soft rice, bread, noodles, macaroni, potatoes and so on. For babies, fresh and diverse fruits and vegetables are also essential. You can give your baby some vegetable and fruit strips, such as apple strips, potato strips, pumpkin strips, cucumber strips, etc., make them into finger-sized pieces and place them on the baby's tableware to attract the baby to eat them by himself.

Asparagus and Mushroom Noodles

Ingredients: 2 mushrooms, 3 asparagus, 1/2 carrot, 50 grams of Heinz noodles.

1. Wash and dice the asparagus;

2. Wash, soak and dice the mushrooms;

3. Wash, peel and dice the carrots; take out the steamed pears and scoop out the pulp with a spoon;

4. Put the Heinz noodles into boiling water and cook until done. Take them out and rinse them with cold water to make the noodles taste better.

5. Add appropriate amount of nutritional companion to the noodles and stir evenly in the same direction with chopsticks;

Tips: If your baby has poor chewing ability, you can peel the asparagus and boil it before feeding it to your baby.

Lotus root slices with puree

Ingredients: 1 piece of lotus root, appropriate amount of Heinz mixed fruit puree.

1. Wash and peel the lotus root;

2. Slice the lotus root;

3. Wash the cut lotus root slices again;

4. Put the lotus root slices into the steamer and steam until soft;

5. Take out the steamed lotus root slices and let them cool;

8. Pour a layer of Heinz mixed fruit on top and serve.

Tips: Lotus root must be cooked to prevent your baby from having diarrhea after eating raw lotus root.
