How to make fried shredded radish with preserved large intestine

1. Clean the surface of the cured large intestine with warm water.

2. Bring water to a boil, put in the cured large intestine, add a spoonful of white wine and cook for about 1 hour.

3. Wash and cut the radish into shreds. Pick and wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections.

4. Chop the pickled peppers, dried chili peppers, ginger and garlic and set aside.

5. After one hour, take out the cured large intestine and let it cool slightly.

6. Cut the cured large intestine into shreds.

7. Heat the pan, add a small spoonful of lard, add the cured large intestine after the lard is melted, and stir-fry over low heat to release the cured oil.

8. After the cured large intestine is fried to release oil, turn the pan aside, add peppercorns, dried chili peppers, pickled peppers, shredded ginger, and garlic and stir-fry for a few times.

9. Turn on high heat and pour in the shredded radish.

10. Add a spoonful of salt and stir-fry the shredded radish and all the seasonings evenly.

11. Stir-fry the slightly fried shredded radish and cured large intestine evenly.

12. After the shredded radish is fully cooked, add half a spoonful of sugar, half a spoonful of pepper powder, and garlic sprouts.

13. Stir-fry the added seasonings and garlic sprouts evenly.

14. Add the garlic sprouts.

15. After stir-frying evenly, add half a spoonful of MSG or chicken essence and stir-fry again before turning off the heat.

16. Serve on a plate and serve 1
