Ingredients : 3 instant noodles, 2 ham sausages, auxiliary ingredients: 1 tomato, 1 green pepper, 2 shallots, some ginger, some chili powder, some Sichuan pepper powder, some salt, some soy sauce, 2 fried eggs

1. Cook instant noodles

2. While the noodles are cooking, cut the ham, sausage and tomatoes.

4. Rinse the cooked instant noodles until there is no oil and drain.

5. Saute the chili powder, Sichuan pepper powder, and minced ginger until fragrant, then add the tomatoes, ham, and sausage and stir-fry until fragrant

8. Serve on a plate and add the fried eggs.

What should you pay attention to when eating instant noodles?

You can only eat it once a day, and you cannot eat it every day. 2. People with gastrointestinal diseases, poor appetite and malabsorption should not eat instant noodles. 3. Such as eating some sausages, jerky, beef jerky, meat floss, cooked eggs (about 100 grams), braised meat, etc. You can also add some lard or sesame oil (about 25 grams) to the instant noodles. Or you can use some raw fruits and vegetables to accompany the meal, such as cucumber, water chestnut, lotus root, banana, tomato, radish, sweet potato, pear, orange, etc. The quantity should be kept at about 250-300 grams.
