How to make barbecue flavored egg steamed buns

1.1 Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix well. Add the steamed buns and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the egg liquid to fully soak into the steamed buns.

2.2 Cut the steamed buns into 2 cm square pieces, and cut the onions and carrots into small pieces

3. Heat the oil and sauté the carrots and onions. (I put the onions in too early and they looked ugly after frying. I should have put them in with the sauce.)

4. Add the steamed buns wrapped in eggs and stir fry over medium heat.

5. Wait until the egg liquid on the surface of the steamed buns is fried dry and the steamed buns become dry.

6. Add garlic sauce, sesame and cumin powder, stir-fry evenly until fragrant, then turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
