How to make beef hand-rolled noodles

1. Put the flour in a large bowl, add some salt and mix well. Then pour water onto the flour and mix with chopsticks until it becomes small pieces.

2. Mix the flour into a smooth and non-sticky dough and let it rest in a bowl for about half an hour.

(If you don’t mind the trouble, it’s best to rinse the noodles in cold boiled water, the noodles will taste better. I was too lazy to do that.) Then place the vegetables and beef on top, and pour two spoonfuls of beef broth on top. Eat it while it’s hot.
