1. If the baby has diarrhea, he needs to steam the applesauce. If he is not suffering from diarrhea, the apples do not need to be steamed. In winter, you can heat the apples before giving them to the baby.

2. If the baby is relatively young, for example, between five and six months old, it is best to steam the apples. If your baby is almost one year old, then this is not necessary. You can directly give it to your baby as juice or mixed with fruit puree.

3. It is necessary to steam applesauce before eating it for babies. For some babies who are almost one year old, it is not necessary to steam the apples. You can make them into juice for the baby to drink.

Method 1

Ingredients: 25g applesauce, baby rice cereal, orange juice

practice:

1. Pour about 180 ml of 40-70℃ warm water into 35g of nutritious rice flour. Note that you should stir while pouring so that the rice flour and water can fully contact. The stirring method is to stir in one direction at a constant speed for one minute, and let it stand for 30 seconds after it becomes a paste.

2. Then pour the applesauce and orange juice directly into the prepared rice flour and stir evenly.
