1. Add baking powder and sugar to the flour, use warm water to make a slightly soft dough, cover with insurance film and let it rise.

3. Chop the cooked lentils into coarse pieces.

4. Add dark soy sauce, rice wine, salt, sugar, white pepper, sesame oil, MSG and chicken essence to the pork filling and beat until firm.

6. Knead the proofed dough on a panel to expel the air, then divide the dough into small pieces of equal size and squeeze them.

7. Roll the dough into a round piece that is thick in the middle and thin around the edges.

8. Mix the fillings before wrapping. Add chopped lentils, chopped green onions and ginger to the meat filling. If it is not salty enough, add some salt and stir well.

9. Take a small round dough and place the mixed filling in the middle.

10. Place the wrapped buns in the oiled pot, cover the pot and continue to rise.

11. Allow the buns to rise until they are twice as large.

12. Start steaming with cold water, start steaming for 15 minutes after the water boils, and open the lid after 3 minutes.
