Ingredients

300 grams of lean and fat meat, 100 grams of green and red peppers, 150 grams of rose pickles, 60 grams of onions, and 10 grams of ginger.

Cooking method

1. Cut the rose pickles, pork and green pepper into small dices (or chop into small pieces);

2. Heat up a pan with oil, add the diced meat and stir-fry until the water is dry and the oil turns slightly yellow; 3. Add cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir-fry until well-flavored and serve; 4. Heat up another pan with oil, sauté dried red peppers, green onions and ginger; 5. Add the diced green pepper and stir-fry over high heat; 6. Add the rose pickles and stir-fry until fragrant; 7. Add the fried diced meat, add appropriate amount of sugar to taste, and stir-fry evenly; 8. Add MSG and sesame oil, mix well and serve.

1. Pork will be more fragrant if it has a little fat; 2. If you can eat spicy food, you don’t have to remove the seeds and cores of the chili peppers. My chili peppers are not spicy, so I added dried red chili peppers; 3. The kohlrabi is already salty enough, so there is no need to add salt to this dish. If you like a lighter taste, you can wash the kohlrabi in advance, drain the water and then put it in the pot; 4. If you like a moist taste, you can thicken the dish with a thin starch before serving. I like this kind of dry and fragrant stir-fry.
