1. Mix hot water and high flour into soup and put it in the refrigerator overnight after it cools down.

2. Tear the tangzhong into small pieces and knead the dough into the complete stage using the oil method

4. After exhausting, divide into three equal parts and let rise at room temperature for 15 minutes

7.Pinch the dough tightly

9. Put it into a 450g toast mold for secondary fermentation

10. Brush the surface of the fermented dough with egg liquid and put it into the lower layer of the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes (cover the surface of the bread with tin foil after it is colored)
