How to make curry fried udon noodles

Curry fried udon noodles are very healthy and affordable. If you make it yourself, the ingredients don’t need to be too complicated, and you can cook a dish with a strong homely flavor. Children also like to eat this dish. You can add peas, carrots, potatoes, bacon and other ingredients according to different methods and match them with your favorite ingredients.

1. Prepare all the ingredients, wash all the side dishes and cut them into thin strips the size of udon noodles for later use.

2. Boil water in a pot, put in udon noodles, boil for about one minute, remove from the water and set aside.

3. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it up, then add all the side dishes into the pan and stir-fry until 80% cooked.
