2. Soak the glutinous rice in water for 6 hours in advance, until it can be crushed by hand.

3. Soak raisins, wolfberries, red dates, peanuts, and lotus seeds in water for 2 hours in advance

4. Open a small hole at the top of the coconut shell and pour out half of the coconut milk.

5. Put the soaked glutinous rice into the coconut shell

6. Put in rock sugar, raisins, wolfberries, peanuts, lotus seeds and red dates in turn. My red dates were too big, so I just broke them apart.

7. Cover the coconut shell, put it in a bowl, and then put it in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes. After pressing, simmer in the pot for 20 minutes before taking it out

8. After taking it out, smash it open with a hammer and you can enjoy it.
