1. Soak the soybeans in water overnight one day in advance. When the weather gets hot here, we usually freeze the food in the refrigerator or in an air-conditioned room.

2. Prepare a small cup of soybeans (about one or two ounces, about enough for 3 people)

3. Press the wet bean grinding button.

4. These are the soybeans that were soaked early in the morning. Rinse them under the faucet and add appropriate amount of water into the soymilk maker. Our family of three added water to the maximum value of 1100ml in the soymilk maker. In fact, after squeezing and removing the residue, there are only about 800ml left.

5. It takes about half an hour for the soy milk to be squeezed. If you are in a hurry early in the morning, you can pour in hot water to squeeze the soy milk, which takes about 20 minutes.

6. Filter the squeezed soy milk with a filter, because there will be a lot of soy milk residue in it, which will make it taste better.

7. Add a little bit of sugar to the filtered soy milk and mix well. Friends who don’t like sweet soy milk can leave it out.

8. Let the fragrant soy milk cool down before drinking.
