How to make chocolate fruit cake (6 inches)

As the saying goes, food is the first necessity of the people. Food plays an important role in everyone's life. The method of making chocolate fruit cake (6 inches) is simple and can also improve the body's resistance to disease to a certain extent.

1. Birthday cake for the child’s father

2. Prepare the ingredients you need first

3. Cut the chiffon cake into three equal pieces (for the chiffon cake recipe, please refer to my recipe: 6-inch chiffon cake)

4. Cut the yellow peaches into pieces (I used canned yellow peaches, so two pieces are enough)

5. Cut the mango into small pieces (one small mango is enough)

6. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces with a knife (I chopped 100 grams but didn't use it all, 100 grams is enough for an 8-inch cake)

7. Take a clean bowl, pour in sugar and whipped cream

8. Use a whisk to beat the whipped cream until it is hard (it should not flow and the cream will not fall off when the bowl is turned upside down. It is easier to spread if it is a little drier)

9. Take a piece of chiffon cake, spread a layer of cream on it, and add a layer of fruit (I put a layer of yellow peach first)

10. Spread another layer of cream on the fruit

11. Cover with another piece of chiffon cake

12. Apply another layer of cream, put a layer of fruit, and then apply another layer of cream on the fruit (as shown in Figure 9)

13. Cover with the last piece of chiffon cake

14. Spread the cream all over the cake (this process is a bit difficult, I don’t have a spatula, so I used a scraper and tried to spread it as smooth as possible)

15. Finally, sprinkle white chocolate lightly (sprinkle chocolate around the cake. It is a bit difficult to sprinkle chocolate around the cake. The chocolate chips will turn into powder if you use force. So please be careful in the process, be gentle and slow, and clean up the chocolate around the cake in the end)

16. Peel the kiwi fruit, cut it into thin slices, and then cut it in half in the middle.

17. Place the kiwi slices gently on the cake (you can place them as you like)

18. The simple and delicious chocolate fruit cake is ready (one kiwi fruit was not used up)

19. Arrange the fruits as you like. I just did it on the spur of the moment and didn’t follow the recipe of my friend. I placed the kiwis around and arranged them in the middle like flower petals. Finally, I put the remaining mango pieces in.

20. Finished product picture, happy birthday to the child’s father!

21. Eat cake. Homemade cakes are delicious. The fruit is fresh and clean, the cream is sweet but not greasy, the cake has a delicate texture, and the two layers of fruit in the middle are very filling. It tastes like happiness.
