After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The method of making microwave baked egg tarts (microwave version) is simple and easy to learn. You only need a wok. There is no need to fry, deep-fry or stew. You can enjoy the delicious taste by serving it with clear soup.

1. Beat the eggs (no need to separate the egg white and yolk). Generally, put 2-3 eggs in it, depending on how many egg tarts you want to make. I bought ready-made egg tart crusts, but you can make them yourself.

2. Add appropriate amount of milk (I usually put in one packet), appropriate amount of light cream, appropriate amount of condensed milk, and appropriate amount of white sugar. (You can add low-gluten flour according to your preference, I didn’t this time)

3. Stir clockwise until there are no bubbles, then put them in the microwave to arrange them, press the grill setting, pause and adjust in the middle, then start again. Control the time according to the temperature of your microwave. I put 7-8 at a time and they were baked in less than 20 minutes. I didn't take a photo of this step.

4. This is the finished product. I heard that pregnant women cannot use microwave ovens. After putting it in the microwave, my sister was the one who operated it. I put blueberry jam in it (you can make it according to your own taste)

5. This is the first time I made it (the first time I put in the blueberry jam after baking). Because I didn’t know that pregnant women can’t use microwave ovens, after I finished it excitedly, I was told that microwave ovens and ovens cannot be used. I was so sad.
