How to make cold noodles (simple home-cooked version)

1. Prepare today’s main dish, noodles. You can also buy noodles specifically for making cold noodles.

2. First, prepare the ice water in advance.

3. Wash the carrots and cut them into thin strips. Blanch them in a pot, drain the water, take them out and put them in a bowl for later use.

8. Add all the seasonings, mix well with chopsticks, sprinkle with a little sesame seeds and serve.
