3. Heat the pan and add appropriate amount of oil and salt. When the oil temperature reaches 60%, add shredded ginger and sauté until fragrant.

4. Put the crucian carp into the pan and fry until both sides of the fish are slightly yellow and set.

5. Add the cucumber segments and stir-fry until coated with oil.

6. Pour in an appropriate amount of clean water.

7. The amount of water should completely cover the fish and cucumber.

8. Add ginger slices. Bring to a boil over high heat.

9. Bring the water to a boil and add a spoonful of salt. Continue to cook over high heat.

10. Cook until the soup gradually turns white, and skim off any floating foam.

11. Add soaked wolfberries.

12. Add chopped green onion. Reduce heat and simmer.

13. Cook over low heat until the soup turns milky white. Add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of cooking wine to season.

14. Simmer for one or two minutes. Add half a spoonful of sugar to enhance the flavor.

15. Turn off the heat and simmer for a while before serving.

16. Take a bowl and place the cucumber segments on the bottom.

17. Put the crucian carp in and pour the fish soup on it.

18. Add the shredded cucumber. Cucumber and crucian carp soup is served.
