How to make Japanese sushi

1. After the rice is cooked, add sushi vinegar, cooked sesame seeds and sesame oil, mix well and let cool for later use

2. Beat the eggs and cut the cucumber and carrot into strips.

3. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan and heat it until it is 60% to 70% hot. Pour the egg liquid in and fry until cooked. Set aside.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, bring to a boil, add oil and salt, then blanch carrots and cucumbers.

5. Take out the cucumber and carrot, drain and set aside. Cut the ham and eggs into strips, and prepare the rice, meat floss and seaweed.

6. Place a silicone mat on the table and put seaweed on it.

7. Add a proper amount of white rice, a thin layer, and leave a blank area of ​​seaweed at the end

8. Add meat floss, eggs, ham, carrots and cucumbers

9. Use your hands to gently cover the filling with seaweed, then slowly roll it up tightly.

10. When you reach the end of the roll, dip the seaweed in clean water, roll it up and pinch it tightly.

11. Make all the sushi rolls one by one

12. Cut into small pieces and eat.
